Upload a video, and AI watches what happens on screen, understands the scene, and creates a natural voice narration for it. This page explains how we use artificial intelligence, what data we process, how outputs are generated, and what rights you have. This notice fulfils our transparency obligations under the EU AI Act Article 50 and GDPR Article 22.
Video Narrator AI Agent uses artificial intelligence to generate text based on your inputs and instructions. The AI interprets your prompts and produces outputs automatically.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially in professional, legal, medical, or financial contexts.
Video Narrator AI Agent uses Google (US and EU regions) to power its AI features. Specifically, Video Narrator AI Agent uses multiple models. Inputs you provide may be transmitted to Google's servers to generate outputs. Google's data processing terms apply in addition to ours.
Your inputs are never stored or used to train AI models. They are processed solely to generate your requested output and discarded thereafter.
No — outputs are generated and delivered automatically without prior human review. We operate automated monitoring systems to detect harmful or unsafe outputs.
You own the text you generate. Video Narrator AI Agent claims no rights over your outputs.
Yes — outputs may be used freely for commercial purposes.
- Inputs (what you type/upload): Your inputs are processed in real-time and discarded immediately after generating your output. We retain nothing server-side.
- AI processing: Google servers (US and EU regions)
- Account data (login, credits): stored on Supabase (EU servers — Frankfurt or Ireland region)
Video Narrator AI Agent's AI system is provided in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — the EU AI Act. Risk classification: Limited-risk AI system — productivity / creative tools subject to transparency obligations only (Article 50).

You may not use Video Narrator AI Agent's AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates the rights of others. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people
- Disinformation, fake news, or manipulative propaganda
- Impersonation of real individuals or brands
- Content targeting or exploiting minors
- Circumventing safety filters or jailbreaking the AI
- Any use prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act
